The Citizen Centric Program Delivery branch within the ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is committed to delivering exceptional services and innovative solutions to the public. We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Application Portfolio Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and develop your career within the public sector.

As a Junior Application Portfolio Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the management and optimization of our application portfolio. You will work closely with senior analysts, IT teams, and various stakeholders to ensure our applications align with organizational goals, provide value, and operate efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with foundational business analysis skills and a keen interest in IT applications and systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science with a specialization in software engineering, application development, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of IT applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Previous experience in a business analyst or IT-related role is a plus.
