Job Summary
Manages daily Food and Beverage operations and monitors standards, and procedures. Manage day-to-day operations verifying that the quality, standards are meeting the expectations of our customers on a daily basis. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.

Core Job Description
Managing Day to Day Operations
Analyzing costs and sales statistics to create a budget and decide which liquor and menu items to promote.
Develop menus and set up and implement strategies to promote and market the canteen and liquor sales.
Keeping health, safety, and liquor licenses current and ensuring that employees comply with them.
Monitor client feedback.
Recruit staff and oversee training.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Create monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Inventory management, fiscal management, monitor revenues and modify
procedures and offerings.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Maintain a clean and safe space for our clients and employees.
Verifies that all team members/supervisors understand the brand specific philosophy.
Performs hourly job function if necessary.
Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. We offer a Health Spending Account and Saskatchewan Pension Plan with a 6% match. After a year if there is a shift in business and feedback there is potential for profit sharing.
