Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude
    Ensure outstanding courteous customer service is provided at all times
    Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
    To be dependable for all scheduled shifts
    Prepare and process accounts payable
    Monitor vendors invoices and statements
    Set up new vendors
    Prepare credit applications
    Reconcile bank accounts, bank cards and GLs
    Prepare financial reports (FFC and Weekly Sales Report)
    Process data in a timely and accurate manner
    To be familiar with and adhere to Prairie North Co-op policies and procedures
    Cross-training within admin office
    Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
    Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
    High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
    Sound planning, prioritization, and execution skills
    Microsoft Office Experience with a strong understanding of Excel
    Hands-on Experience with Spreadsheets and Financial Reports
    Account Payables Experience
    Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
    Ability to work with co-workers and public
    Ability to quick review reports and identify irregularities and discrepancies
    Must be bondable
