Description

Cashiers are responsible for greeting and assisting patrons, answering questions, performing POS
transactions, daily reporting and inventory, handling pool monies, maintaining a clean, safe, and
presentable area for customers in the lobby area of the pool and concession. This position will
ensure quality customer service, while promoting recreation, parks, culture, and tourism. Process
transactions in the form of cash, credit card, and cheque for admissions, facility rentals, program
registrations and inventory. Prepare and balance daily cashier summary sheet and bank deposit.
Liaise user groups and general public on facility and programs. Update Xplor Rec software activities
with programs, events, and drop-in registrations.
