Daily planning, organizing and supervising of assigned operational aspects of the area.  The Clinical Resource Radiation Therapist monitors compliance with radiation therapy practice standards to ensure that high quality treatment plans are produced and administered to cancer patients requiring Radiation Therapy.  The Clinical Resource Radiation Therapist ensures the work environment enables and supports excellence in radiation therapy practice and promotes high quality of work life and safety for department staff.
