Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Produce Team Leader of at our Food Store location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. What you will do:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Manage the activities and operations of the Prince Albert Produce Department to achieve budgeted goals including, but not limited to, ordering, merchandising, margins, expenses, culture, recruiting, scheduling, productivity, and performance
Procure, receive, and merchandise product with a focus on customer-friendly presentation
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels
Lead a culture of safety and maximize operational efficiency
Lead and manage the development and direction of the reporting team members
Manage and monitor the department inventory, including restocking shelves, ordering new products, and ensuring that popular items are always in stock
Ensure maintenance on all equipment is completed to schedule; follow all Food Safe and Health and Safety regulations and practices
Perform other duties as assigned
