Description

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Campground Manager to oversee operations at our campground, at the top of Pasqua Lake / Echo Valley, which will open in the spring of 2026. As the Campground Manager, you will play a pivotal role in preparing and maintaining our facility ahead of its opening, as well as ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests once it is finally completed. You will be provided room and board on-site during the pre-opening phase and upon completion of the campground as a benefit of your employment.
The starting date for this position is immediate, upon passing a criminal background check and receipt and acceptance of a job offer. A managing couple would take priority as this is a seasonal 67-month yearly position.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with maintenance and upkeep of the property during the pre-opening phase.
Manage day-to-day operations of a 170-site campground.
Upon opening:
oEnsure facilities are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
oOversee campground reservations and guest services once operational.
oImplement campground policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
oSupervise campground staff and coordinate work assignments as needed.

Qualifications:
Prior organizational / management experience.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Ability to operate small vehicles and equipment, such as ATVs, lawnmowers, skid steers, and small tools (including weed sprayers, lawn care tools, etc.).
Ability to learn and monitor pool chemicals on a daily basis and a general knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing to identify issues when they arise
Identify tasks and foresee potential problems / areas of work that need to be addressed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to assist with this new endeavour, including maintenance, customer service, etc.
