Description

SaskInteractive seeks a dynamic Executive Director to steer the organization toward its strategic goals, fostering innovation and growth within Saskatchewan's creative interactive media industry.
Role: Reporting to the board of directors, you will drive the organization, collaborating with the board to craft and execute a compelling vision and strategic plan. Your leadership will guide SaskInteractive's operations, programs, and community relations.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop a vision and strategic direction with the board. Advise on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations for efficiency and effectiveness. Develop policies, manage assets, and seek improvement opportunities.
Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs aligned with our mission and strategic goals.
Human Resources: Build a strong team by overseeing recruitment and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Financial Oversight: Manage the budget, funding efforts, and financial operations in line with goals and compliance requirements.
Community Engagement and Advocacy: Represent SaskInteractive, build relationships with key stakeholders, and advocate for the industry.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring security and compliance with legal standards.
