Are you passionate about customer service and data accuracy? Join the Property Assessment Services branch for an 18-month opportunity as the Assessment Appeals Clerk!

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, track and monitor assessment appeals, and edit and file appeal documents. Your key duties include updating appeal information, ensuring compliance with deadlines, preparing appeal files, and providing excellent front-line customer service.

If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy improving processes, we want to hear from you!

Key Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school or equivalency and completion of recognized job-related certification such as business administration
- Minimum of 36 months (3 years) of previous and on-the-job experience in administrative services, data entry, plus customer service experience.
