Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.t.

Key Responsibilities:

- Office Management: Maintain a well-organized office environment, manage office supplies, and handle routine maintenance requests.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support overall company operations and goals.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with office management software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
