Description

Provide homemaking services
Provide companionship and/or accompany residents to activities and events.
Provide personal care service according to resident- centered care plans
Protect and promote the welfare, dignity, and individual rights of our residents
Ensures that the emotional, spiritual, physical comfort and safety of our residents are met to the
greatest possible extent
Supervise, set-up and provide residents exercise routines, and accompany residents on outside
recreational activities
Documentation
Provide assistance with resident specific activities of daily living
Lift residents using TLR and according to their requirements
Maintains certifications required for the position, such as TLR, CPR and First Aid
Adhere to Queencity Manor Employee and Care Team Policies and Procedures.
Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties.
Maintains confidentiality of client
