The Dealer Design Assistant is responsible for supporting the Dealer Sales Team in the efficient operation of the sales and design processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Call on existing and prospective accounts to provide service, support, training and grow sales.
Process orders, quotes, order confirmation and proposal preparation for dealers who are not familiar with software or processes.
Review orders for accuracy, design considerations, and adherence to product requirements and specifications.
Answer phone calls, e-mails, attend meetings and attend to other general office tasks.
Stay up to date on company products and market trends to remain knowledgeable to new and existing accounts.
Work with management to set sales targets and be accountable for sales growth in region.
Provide reports on sales, targets, and prospects as requested.
Maintain regular contact with key accounts and customers to sustain overall customer satisfaction.
Networking and Participation in training events and other industry related functions as required.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Support Dealers growth effort in North Carolina, Florida and Western Canada.
Utilize continuous improvement tools to enhance efficiencies.
You have:
Proven experience in kitchen design and detailed knowledge of the cabinet industry.
Design software (2020, ProKitchens, AutoCAD) knowledge and usage an asset.
Class 5 drivers license with clean record.
Personable & trustworthy.
3-5 years 2020 design experience.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & OneNote.
Proficient in Windows OS knowledge and use an asset.
