Dufresne Furniture and Appliances is currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Handler & Driver Assistant for our Swift Current store located at 145 2nd Ave NW.

This is a Part-Time opportunity typically requiring three shifts per week (Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays).

As the Warehouse Handler & Driver Assistant, you will support our existing team with customer pick ups on-location at our warehouse and store. You will also assist our warehouse team with local deliveries as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities will include:

- Loading and unloading product
- Taking inventory of materials shipped or received
- Disposing of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates,
  pallets, and cardboard
- Fulfilling warehouse orders

As a successful candidate you will have the following:

- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with clean Driver Abstract (with air considered a plus).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50-100 pounds unassisted).
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in a warehouse and/or delivery setting preferred.
