Description

The Healthcare Human Resources Branch of the Ministry of Health is seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join the Labour Relations unit as a Senior Labour Relations Policy Analyst. Reporting to the Director of labour Relations, the Senior Policy Analyst will work within the team to support efforts in human resources and labour relations with health sector partners; the Saskatchewan Health Authority, the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, eHealth Saskatchewan, SAHO, Inc., 3sHealth and other health-care organizations.

- Research, collect, analyze, and synthesize relevant data which will allow you to lead and support the development of Cabinet Decision/Information Items, issue alerts, briefing notes, and other communications items.
- Develop and maintain credible working relations with a wide variety of internal and external agencies and stakeholders.
- Create a culture of cross-team collaboration and foster a culture of personal growth and accountability.
- Be adaptive and responsive to constructive feedback.
- Take personal responsibility for fulfilling your own commitments and the commitments of the team.
