Recruitment Specialist, 12-14 month term opportunity

We specialize in full-time positions, ranging from entry level to senior executive and specialized roles. We also offer flexible temporary staffing to meet client workload and vacation needs.

As a key member of our team, you will:
- Prepare job postings and source candidates from throughout Saskatchewan, Canada, North America and internationally as needed.
- Assess resumes and conduct prescreens, interviews and reference checks.
- Source candidates for opportunities by various activities such as using our candidate database, direct sourcing, networking and referrals.
-Communicate with people from all walks of life, seniority levels and backgrounds in a warm, professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Identify best fit opportunities to facilitate candidate's career goals and success.
- Be involved in the community in areas such as career fairs, association memberships and trade shows.

Requirements:
- A related Diploma/Degree is preferred, supported by experience in recruitment, human resources or marketing/sales.
- Self-motivated, with a passion to make a positive difference for individual, community and client business success. Unbiased, with a high respect for diversity and ability to appreciate candidate and client perspectives. Committed to maintain strict confidentiality.
