Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Assistant Team Leader at our Agro location in Shellbrook, SK.

Reporting to the Agro Centre Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Leadership and direction of Team Members in a dynamic fast paced retail store setting
Support and lead team members in all areas including logistics, manufacturing, and member services
Sales of feed, agriculture equipment, farm supplies, lubricants, fertilizer, crop supplies and energy products
Supervision and direction of delivery, receiving and organizing of agriculture equipment and supplies
Organization and care of warehouse facilities to ensure all regulatory requirements are being met

Who you are:
You have 5+ years of relevant experience in the agriculture and/or retail industry, with sales, customer service, and leadership experience; Co-operative Retailing System experience is an asset
You have a passion for retail sales and all aspects of the agriculture industry
A degree or diploma in agriculture, business management, business operations, or a related field is an asset
Knowledge of the agricultural industry including livestock feeds, grain handling and storage, agro equipment
You must possess at least a valid Class 5 drivers license; a 1A or 3A license and Ag designation(s) are an asset
You possess a strong work ethic, understand the concept of full service, and are willing to work additional hours during seasonal peaks
