We are looking for an experienced accounting technician at our Saskatoon office.

Baker Tilly SK LLP is a regional accounting firm with offices in Yorkton and Saskatoon that has been offering services to clients throughout Western Canada since 1920.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- assist in the preparation of accounting records, financial statements, personal and corporate tax returns;
- prepare journal entries;
- collaborate with peers and management on file planning and completion, ensuring that time requirements are met;
- performing other related accounting functions .

Accounting Technician/Accountant candidates will have:
- At least 1 year of Canadian public practice experience;
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and an ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Strong desire and dedication to work, learn, and thrive in a fast passed, innovative, and dynamic environment;
- Experience with computer software such as: Quickbooks online, Caseware, Spreadsheets (Excel) and with Tax Programs (Tax Prep) is an asset.
