What youll do:
Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Has a comprehensive understanding of retail; the petroleum industry and all legislative and safety requirements relating to petroleum, propane, carwash operations, tobacco, food sales and liquor sales.
Efficiently and safely manages store operations in accordance with applicable policies/procedures and legislation in a collaborative professional manner.
Maintains a clean, inviting store, ensuring all maintenance and repairs of facilities/equipment is done in a timely/scheduled manner.
Orders products and supplies according to customer and budgeted needs and in accordance with policies and procedures.
Ensure that inventories, yearly budgets and reports are completed in accordance with set policies and procedures.
Fully support the safety and asset protection programs, be proactive, aware, challenge team members to work safe and reduce occurrences
Will be required to serve as a Manager on Duty (MOD)

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
You have 2+ years of experience in a Gas Bar/C-Store/Liquor environment, petroleum sales and carwashes preferred.
You have 2+ years of supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to lead and work well within multi-generational and diverse teams.
You are available to work a variety of shifts (Days, Evenings and Weekends and holidays as required.)
