Description

Your main responsibilities will be to deliver and pick up mat service to clients, sell and offer janitorial products, offer and complete carpet cleaning jobs, washing mats, cleaning the shop, and invoicing orders along with providing customer service to those you interact with. You will be required to work in a varied position of physical labour as well as Sales, Customer Service and Office work.
In addition:
    Supervise warehouse staff and operations.
    Creates schedules of work duties.
    Create weekly job duty list.
    Handle all customer care issues.
    Train and monitor new warehouse staff.
    Work alongside staff
    Maintain inventory and sign for deliveries.
    Manage and maintain store displays, signage, and cleanliness.
    Be responsible for opening and closing the shop.
    Be responsible for all receivables and deposits to the bank.
    Maintain delivery vehicles.
In this offer you will note that:
    You will be paid an hourly rate at $ 18 per hour.
    You will be on a 3-month probation period. After that time, we will evaluate your performance as well as business in order to make you permanent and for future wage raises.
    You will be required to work 8 hours per day 5 days a week. You will work 40 hours in a week.
    Employees receive vacation pay at their request before taking vacation; or on a normal payday during a vacation.. Employer is in the process of attaining a benefits package.
    You will be required to drive a company vehicle and operate a company cell phone. Any violations of law or damage would be your responsibility.
    You will be required to travel out of town during business hours, based on business need.(Sales meetings or as requested by customers to discus & demonstrate products)
