ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), contract position until March 31, 2026 with the potential to become permanent. While weve secured funding until then, a major part of the Executive Directors role will be securing continued operational funding.
For the right candidate, we are open to a 70-100% FTE position.

The salary for this position is $70,000 to $75,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a $200/month allowance to secure individual health insurance, and a $50/month home office allowance.

The Executive Director is anticipated to work from home in either Regina or Saskatoon. Due to the nature of the role in building and maintaining partnerships with other entrepreneurial organizations, we require the successful candidate to be based in either Regina or Saskatoon. Small relocation package is available.

This role will involve hiring and managing one direct report (Manager of Membership & Outreach), and overseeing the work of multiple contractors.
