The Product Support Specialist provides technical and feature knowledge of agriculture equipment products to various audiences. Performs comparisons to competitive agriculture equipment as well as demonstrates equipment. Provides product training for customers and other CWHC employees. Additionally, the position is responsible for the sales and services of all technology products and services as well as setting up and installing technology equipment in the field.
