Description

Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) supports the Saskatchewan Housing network with service and expertise in administration, finance, management, and technical services.  LSHA is seeking an experienced, result-oriented administrative professional to join the Housing Technical Operations (HTO) team.   Reporting to the Manager Technical Programs and supporting the Mechanical Systems Specialists (MSS) program and Building Remediation Team (BRT), this full-time position can be located in either Regina or Saskatoon.
  
You will support BRT and MSS by:
- Providing accurate and timely administration support including data entry, reporting, preparing and distributing reports
- Monitoring budgets, tracking activity and changes
- Maintaining financial information spreadsheets and database
- Preparing payment vouchers, expense reports and journal entries
- Responding to accounts payable inquiries
- Tracking and reporting on inventory purchases
- Assist housing authorities with tendering of HVAC maintenance servicing and inspections,
- Tracking of timecards for BRT and MSS
- Assist with monitoring of boiler logs
- Assist with maintaining inventory of supplies to support BRT and MSS

Ideal applicants have a Diploma in Business Administration, advanced knowledge of office systems and procedures gained through a minimum of one year of related experience.  Ability to work alone for extended periods is important as well as harmoniously working alongside the team, contributing to shared objectives.  A high level of accuracy is required along with superior attention to detail.
