Northlands College is seeking a Training & Engagement Coordinator, in-scope middle management position reporting to the Executive Regional Director or designate. The position is located in Buffalo Narrows, Saskatchewan.

Candidates will have a bachelors degree. Candidates must have 3 years experience in project management, sales or recruitment. The position is a permanent, full-time opportunity with the College.

The Training & Engagement Coordinator is primarily responsible for initiating, implementing, supervising, and monitoring programs consistent with the College program plan. Initiate and implement programs, take an entrepreneurial, community responsive approach with the college program plan.
