The HR & Operations Manager is responsible for managing human resources, employee engagement, and office operations for the organization. This manager is responsible for supporting the Executive Director (ED) with writing organizational policies and proposal writing when needed. This position also supervises several employees and students while also working in an administrative and supportive role to the ED.
