ECE Level Three preferred or willingness to obtain
Complete Director's responsibilities in their absence or when assistance is required including:
-Communicate daily with parents, address any concerns or issues
-Track child & staff attendance
-Answer and respond to emails
-Apply payments to QuickBooks
-Complete parent auto debits
-Payroll
-Parent billing
-Complete and submit staff summary and child enrolment portal to Early Learning
-Manage parent accounts for security system
-Manage daily business operations
-Look for and apply for grants
-Fundraising
-Coordinate building repairs and maintenance
-Work with board of directors regularly
-Address staff concerns
-Assist staff where needed
Create monthly news letter
Discuss children's needs with parents and arrange assessments when required
Coordinate inclusion meetings between parents, supporting professionals and Early Learning
Apply for Inclusion funding for children who qualify
Complete PPP's for children in the inclusion program
Hire and supervise support workers
Provide staff with supports and guidance when needed
