**Join Our Team as an Assistant Bar Manager!**
**Position:** Assistant Bar Manager  
**Location:** 912 Railway Ave, Cupar, SK S0G 0Y0
**Salary rate:** $25/hr
**Type:** Full-time 40 hours/week

**Key Responsibilities:**

Ensure smooth bar operations, maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Lead and manage a team of bartenders and support staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure a well-stocked bar at all times.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere, address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the bar's offerings, including new drink recipes and service improvements.

**Qualifications:**
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education
- 1 to 2 years of managerial experience in bar/food service management or a similar role
- Proven experience in bar/food service management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
