Description

23/Hr w/bi-weekly pay days
Benefits & wage increase after 3 months Probation
Monday to Friday 830-430
Anything after 40hours weekly will be paid at time and a half according to Labor Standards.
30 min unpaid lunch breaks
2 x 15-minute paid breaks
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks work well contractors. Maintain accurate records of all. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and expenses.
Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
Respond to maintenance requests and issues in a timely manner.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working order.
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and materials.
Handle emergency maintenance situations effectively.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to maintenance processes
Ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt business operations.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Proven experience in a maintenance or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in maintenance management software.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in coordinating with vendors and contractors.
Ability to conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations.
Ability to prepare and present reports.
