$22/Hr w/bi-weekly pay days
Benefits & wage increase after 3 months Probation
Monday to Friday 830-430
Anything after 40hours weekly will be paid at time and a half according to Labor Standards.
30 min unpaid lunch breaks
2 x 15-minute paid breaks

Responsibilities:
Performs a number of ongoing responsibilities in accordance with standard property management procedures under general supervision and guidance within a team structure. Performs routine and scheduled maintenance of properties including but not limited to: Must be able to lift over 50lbs.
Painting, drywall repair, window/door/ cupboard repair, appliance repair, plumbing and heating repair, equipment repair, flooring repair, plumbing, cleaning of gutters, yard maintenance, fence repair, hauling & dump runs, Unit Inspections.

Requirements:
Criminal Record check with Vulnerable Sector.
Bondable
Must have a valid driverss license with a copy of drivers abstract
Exposure to stressful situations including but not limited to difficult tenants/circumstances/situations, time sensitive workloads/demands.
Potential risk for verbal/physical abuse and/or threats in relation to stressful tenant situations
Exposure to Saskatchewan Weather (extreme heat, cold, rain and snow) throughout the city.
Potential exposure to communicable infection/disease
