Description

PROJECT COORDINATOR

3twenty Modular is currently seeking a full-time permanent Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This opportunity requires in-person work based in Saskatoon, SK.

What youll do:

This position involves providing technical and operational assistance to our team throughout our projects' bidding, design, and construction phases. The roles and responsibilities include the following:

Assist the Project Manager with the overall schedule, budget, and execution of projects, including developing cost estimates and bid packages and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts.
Support coordination between client and consultant once the project transitions from sales and design team.
Organize and identify critical path items and key dates with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the project's successful completion.
Ensure quality control and safety requirements are considered for all projects.
Other duties as assigned.

What youll bring:

A diploma or degree, ideally in an engineering or construction-related field.
Experience with scheduling software and creating Gantt charts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of provincial and local building codes.
Good understanding of building science and construction methodology.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify tasks.  
Construction background is considered an asset.

Flexible schedules! We ask that staff have a consistent start time between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. and work an 8-hour day.
