Responsibilities:
Preparing financial reports for director, including income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets;
Reviewing invoices for accuracy and request adjustments, where necessary
Coordinating the companys budget, including preparing the annual operating budget and capital expenditure budget, and monitoring the results of these budgets throughout the year
Receiving and recording incoming payments from customers or clients, and depositing them in the businesss bank account
Maintaining the organizations accounting records by updating records of income and expenses
Ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded and processed according to established procedures and laws
Processing invoices for payment, including record keeping, sending notices for late payments, and negotiating settlement amounts when appropriate
Reviewing financial statements and recommending any changes that may be needed to reflect current market conditions
Keep company financial information confidential
Have independent ability to deal with related finance matters both in Canada and China for the company if necessary
Employment Requirements:
Proven at least 5-year experience in financial or related position
Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Bilingual, fluent in English and Chinese
Certificates in finance, business and related fields are preferred
Hours: Monday to Saturday (39hrs per week, 11:00-17:30), may change according to actual situation.
