Description

A restaurant supervisor typically manages all aspects of a restaurant's operation. They manage a team of restaurant employees including servers, bartenders and hosts. They ensure customers receive excellent service and great food, and that they have a memorable quality experience.
Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties.
Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met.
Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service.
Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings, specials and individual ingredients.
Scheduling restaurant staff.
Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up.
Proactively assist fellow staff members.
Engage every guest to ensure customer satisfaction is provided.
Training new talent acquisitions.
Schedule flexibility is a must as this position requires some AM and PM shifts.
Communicate with FOH manager on a consistent basis.
Assisting with store inventory and ordering.
SERVER/BARISTA/BARTENDER responsibilities.
Reducing operational costs.
Increasing productivity.
Discuss, plan and implement new policies with FOH manager.
Requirements:
Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience in a management role.
Problem solver.
Previous experience in a fast-service restaurant management role.
Ability to work all shifts  we schedule to guest need.
Ability to cross-communicate with front and back of the house.
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a management role.
