Description

The Systems Programmer / Analyst will be part of an applications team of analysts, programmers, and support personnel responsible for the planning, organizing, designing, and managing of technology applications, systems, and projects. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Main Responsibilities:
Analyzes requests from users and identifies solutions.
Evaluates system specifications for business requirements.
Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs.
Creates, designs, and modifies systems specifications.
Performs systems testing with internal and external clients.
Produces and maintains applications solutions and documentation.
Designs and builds custom forms and reports for various business units.
Designs and builds data interfaces and extracts.
Observes and documents processes.
Develops empirical measurements to evaluate existing systems and processes.
Prepares operations instructions for the execution of application programs.
Reviews requirements with users and provides time estimates for task completion.
Provides systems support for users.

You have:
At least two years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server developing stored procedures and functions.
At least two years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services creating reports with the ability to write efficient, complex queries against large data sets.
At least two years of experience with applications integration.
A related technical degree or diploma, which focuses on systems development/integration.
Strong documentation skills with attention to process mapping, applications/systems architecture, and process/script creation.
Experience working within a project team and fundamental understanding of project management methodology.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
