Essential Functions of the Job:
1. Follow all company safety rules and operate the forklift in a safe manner.
2. Stock Shipping, Warehouse and Parts department with yard items as required.
3. Responsible for yard organization and cleanliness.
4. Load and unload trucks.
5. Move parts shipments to warehouse as required.
6. Work in shipping or warehouse as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Prioritization of task-essential functions.
Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Must work well with other departments in a professional and respectful manner.
Good communication skills.
A good knowledge of Schulte products, parts and processes.
Taking and receiving accurate information.
Problem solving skills.

Working Conditions:
Must be capable of sitting, walking, and standing for long amounts of time.
Lifting, carrying, pushing pulling up to 50lbs.
Frequent stooping, reaching.
Moving over rough/uneven ground.
Occasionally balancing on high/narrow places.
Occasionally climbing ladders and stairs.
Performing physical labor for long periods of time.
Daily work outside in the elements (cold, heat, rain, snow).
