The Heart Center is looking for a down-to-earth, positive and attentive individual to join the team as the part-time, Community Manager.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
In this role you will be pivotal in keeping operations smoothly running behind the scenes and supporting community members on a day-to-day basis. You should genuinely have a way with people, show up authentically as yourself, strong written and verbal communication, a knack for organization, an interest in developing marketing skills, and a green thumb (its a jungle in here).
A DAY IN THE LIFE / WHAT YOULL DO
-Visit The Heart Center twice a week to check on your plant friends, inventory levels of key supplies, and security features.
-Do light cleaning duties and make supply runs as needed.
-Screen new potential rental customers, assess fit and onboard them.
-Collect deposits and payments.
-Oversee space before, during and after rental events.
-Send monthly email communications to community members.
-Update website, engage and manage social media accounts, conduct traditional and email marketing activities, and create social media content.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
-Experience providing great customer service.
-Experience and confidence using Google Suite and other basic IT software.
-Existing experience and/or a willingness to learn Wordpress websites and digital marketing tasks.
-A self-starter with a preference for working autonomously on tasks who knows when to loop in the CEO.
-An ability and comfort level with setting healthy boundaries, holding others accountable and having tough conversations with empathy and compassion.
-A valid drivers license and access to an insured and reliable vehicle.
