Description

As Senior Cloud Administrator, your leadership and technical skills will play an integral role as subject matter expert on various cloud services, including identifying technical requirements, managing multi-cloud environments and building strong relationships with end users/vendors.  Explore this newly created role offering challenge, learning and career growth with our client, a reputable professional organization based in Regina.

You will:
- Direct solutions delivery/migration projects and contribute to project plans.
- Gather/understand business and functional requirements, using agile ways-of-working as well as CI/CD and DevOps processes.  
- Administer cloud tenancies admin consoles; configure hybrid cloud automation, integrations, and single sign-on infrastructure.  Define security controls, ensure compliance for cloud services, servers, and networks.  Support migrations to new cloud, serverless technologies and automation.
- Perform product evaluations, analyze licensing options and plan implementation architecture.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related.   5+ years hands-on technical working experience with:
- Windows, Linux/Unix and open source tools, SFTP
- MS Active Directory, DNS, Edge computing cloud services  
- Azure VDI, Azure AD, SSH keys (Windows/Linux variants)
- Windows Server OS, *nix Server OS, MS SQL DB Administration, MySQL DB Administration
- Apache web gateway  
- API and security certificates (PKI). RBAC and Proxy an asset.
- Administration of Systems integration patterns across multi-cloud environments:  APIs, REST; SOAP is an asset.  
- Using IaaS, PaaS and/or SaaS in multi-cloud environments.  
- MFA, SSO and identity management standards:  SAML, OIDC and Oauth
- Windows 2019/2022 Server, IIS, Vmware / other virtualization
- MS365 / Intune / Sharepoint platforms
- Hybrid Cloud Identity management (MS EntraID)
