Description

Key Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Inc., a member of the Key Auto Group, is currently accepting resumes for the Service Advisor position. We are looking for an organized, customer service-oriented individual whose primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between the customer and Service Technician.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensuring customer satisfaction by listening to the customers needs, communicating repair and maintenance information with associated costs, and providing regular customer updates regarding the status of their repair.

- Preparing work orders that describe the vehicles problem, the potential repairs required, the time it takes to complete the repair and the estimated cost.

- Completing internal, online and outside training as outlined by the Service Manager and required by GM Canada.

- Handling customer complaints and ensuring he/she is satisfied with the service.

- Ensuring proper flow and accurate completion of all repair orders to satisfy warranty, dealership and manufacturer requirements.

- Participating in the Key Auto Group safety program and following all safe work practices and policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

- The ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.

- Strong computer and data-entry skills.

- Effective time management and problem solving skills.

- Previous automotive experience is not required but is considered an asset.

- Valid Class 5 Drivers License and a Criminal Record Check are required.
