As Senior Programmer Analyst, you will be an instrumental IT team member with a range of responsibilities from requirements analysis to design, testing and implementation of a new 5-year IT strategic road map involving close to 40 project/technology initiatives.  

As Senior Programmer Analyst, you will:    
- Provide requirements analysis, business process modeling and optimization as a member of the team to review, analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs.  Perform project scoping, develop technical workflow plans, design software architecture, and conduct tests on deliverables from multiple vendors.
- Identify application requirements, document specifications, and prepare written functional and user acceptance test cases.  
- Research and recommend technology solution options.
- Build solutions; implement and test data models, code, GUIs, APIs, reports and BI systems, using CI/CD tools.  Perform coding, programming and scripting support for common business automation tasks, and assist with existing and future projects.  

You will bring:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering  or - an equiv of education and experience.  Intermediate level knowledge/experience in:
1. Software development, programming or scripting language (1 or more): Python, Java script, React, C#, PHP
2.  Structured query language (1 or more): Windows: MS SQL, Linux - PostgreSQL, DB2SQI, MYSQL
3.  MS Power BI process automation.  Use of CI/CD tools.
4. Business process modeling, software life cycle and best practices in product management. Functional and acceptance test case development and implementation.
