Job Responsibilities:

Prime and non-prime credit experience
Lead and motivate a team of Sales Professional to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate goals and provide feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership.
Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring communication.
Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process.
Ensures that new salespeople understand and follow dealership processes.
Provides proper product and training resources for salespeople on a regular and continuous basis.
Oversees the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
Helps salespeople close deals.
Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.
Assists with trade appraisals.
Maintains professional appearance.
Be accountable for ensuring the successful conversion of leads to sales.
Collaborate with the general manager to implement strategies for enhanced operational efficiency.
Requirements

A minimum of 2  5 years experience in the automotive industry as a Sales Manager
Excellent time management and customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail.
Must have a valid Canadian-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
