We are looking for a John Deere Connected Support Expert to work from any of our locations (remote work may be considered). As a Machine Monitoring Specialist you will provide remote support by monitoring/responding to equipment alerts & trouble codes on a variety of JD systems. You will have a direct positive impact on Customer Satisfaction by responding to critical issues and preventing costly downtime.

You will:
-Represent Pattison Ag Machine Monitoring in all areas, driving the tool forward into the future
-Manage Expert Alert monitoring notifications for all locations
-Create/allocate work orders, tracking to completion
-Verify trouble codes on Machine Health dashboard
-Use various systems to verify alerts
-Centrally manage location tooling requirements
-Support customers & techs with critical product issues by remote diagnosis & coaching
-Be a liaison between techs & JD factory support
-Train all employees on systems

You have:
-Trouble shooting/problem-solving abilities in an ag env
-Ability to work flexible schedule & be on call
-Experience with MS Office, dealer business & internet-based systems
-Valid drivers licence
-5+ years exp in Ag dealership w/technical background
