Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking to employ a Machine Monitoring Specialist to work out of any of our locations, remote work may be considered. This role provides centralized service support functions such as Expert Alerts and Machine Health Dashboard to increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Expert Alerts for all locations
- Create/track complete work order process, monitor for accuracy
- Manage Diagnostic Trouble Codes through Machine Health dashboard
- Utilize Service Advisor Remote, Remote Display Access, Dealer Technical Assistance Center (DTAC)/Contact Case Management System (CCMS) and other John Deere resources to verify Expert Alert/DTC accuracy
- Remotely push required equipment software
- Ensures JD metrics of Machine Health Monitoring exceed goals
- Monitor Modular Telematics Gateway (MTG) movement in and out of company
- Manage NMQ Tooling needs
- Manage manufactured tooling requirements to ensure weight bearing tooling and lifting devices meets OHS standards
- Monitor Connected Crane alerts and reports to locations and Safety Manager
- Secondary: Job Code administration and Technical Communicator on a fill-in basis

Requirements
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service and communications skills
- Experience solving problems effectively
- Using computer software: Microsoft Office, Dealer Business System, internet-based systems
- Valid drivers License
- 5 + years experience in Ag dealership operations with a technical background
- Understanding of Connected Support
