Description

Role: Training and Development Specialist
Location: Saskatoon, SK - Head Office
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Design and implement training programs for onboarding, product knowledge, and professional development.
Develop competency training for managers and employees in succession planning.
Propose training needs during yearly budget planning.
Implement skills development programs, adjusting as needed.
Coordinate key technical training for new employees.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
Identify and select external training programs.
Track employee skills and training progress via a dashboard.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in human resources, education, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Suite and familiarity with LMS and e-learning platforms.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in manufacturing or related industry (asset).
