Prepare nutritious, appealing and authentic Vietnamese and Thai cuisine Monitor from a team approach the behavior of food service personnel to ensure compliance with recognized sanitation and safety standards Clean and sanitize food preparation equipment and ensure that equipment is kept in safe and operative condition Ensure kitchen area meets current health and sanitation requirements Take inventory of supplies on a regular basis and order supplies on a need basis Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality and seamless customer service
