Description

The Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations Inc. (SAHO) requires a full-time Specialist in the Compensation and Data Analytics area. The Specialist is responsible for the collection, analysis, and presentation of accurate and meaningful data to support human resource strategies and labour relations decision making processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Business Administration or Mathematics, supplemented by two years of related experience;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel;
- Solid knowledge of current research methodologies and data analysis techniques;
- Experience performing costing and providing related documentation;
- The ability to effectively adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and sudden or frequent changes in priority;
- Prior experience in labour relations and/or human resource management would be an asset.

The position is located in Regina, but candidates must be willing to travel.
