OWZW Lawyers LLP is seeking an experienced Real Estate Assistant to join our busy real estate group.
As a member of the real estate team, the ideal candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced professional team environment where the ability to meet deadlines is imperative. The right candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a real estate legal assistant.
Qualifications
High level of proficiency with MS Office 365 suite of products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Experience with integrated client management systems (ie PCLaw) will be considered an asset
Good working knowledge of ISC and PPR registration processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Good spelling, grammar and proof-reading skills with high attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly; self-motivated and flexible
