We're seeking a dependable individual to join Lexcoms Operations team as a Queue Manager, handling ticket triaging, closures, backup inspections, reporting, and other administrative tasks for our global customers. At Lexcom, the Queue Manager is responsible for triaging tickets in Lexcoms ticketing system, providing a point of contact for Lexcoms phone system should call volumes be high, assist technicians with administrative work, and bolster the Service Delivery Managers role in day-to-day operations, both internal and external. The Queue Manager is also responsible for actioning inspections of backups daily.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Triage, dispatch, and management of service tickets daily in a timely manner.

Take service calls and generate tickets for such calls as necessary depending on call volume.

Perform backup job inspections.

Assist in the monthly Workstation Patch Management cycle.

Generate/Modify reports from Lexcoms various automation systems.

Creating/Modifying workflows within Lexcoms PSA.

Communicate with clients and internal teams alike.

Generate and configure tickets by request.

Maintain an understanding of Lexcoms procedures to aid day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

Required:

Criminal Record Check

Obtain MS-900 certification within 6 months of start date.

Preferred:

CompTIA: ITF | Microsoft: MS900 | 3CX: Basic
