We're looking for a reliable individual to join the our Operations team as a Systems Analyst, providing service Tier-II support to our customers globally, and field support in Regina, SK and surrounding region. Lexcoms Operations staff are interdependent agents who perform technical service and project work for Lexcoms clientele.

At Lexcom, Systems Analysts take on the role of deeper problem solvers and solutions architects, providing support on incidents and service requests at a Tier II level that are submitted to Lexcoms service queue, remote support to Lexcoms clients globally, as well as field support and project delivery to Lexcoms clients in their service region.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Action service escalations from Tier-I staff.

Partake in billable project work as both a project lead and/or a team resource.

IT support relating to technical issues involving the Microsoft 365 Platform.

General on-site support.

Remote access solutions implementation and support: Client VPN, Remote Desktop Services.

Systems and network documentation.

File Restoration from disaster recovery solutions.

Participation in the weekly on-call rotation (typically 8 months after start date).

Qualifications:

Required:

Valid Class 5 Driver's license

Criminal Record Check

Obtain MS-900 certification within 6 months of start date.

Preferred:

CompTIA: A+, Network+ | Microsoft: MS900, MCP, MCSA, MCSE | Cisco: CCNA, CMSS | 3CX: Basic, Advanced
