Lexcoms Operations staff are interdependent agents who perform technical service and project work for Lexcoms clientele.
At Lexcom, Service Analysts are responsible for handling Tier I support on incidents and service requests that arrive via assignment and via direct calls taken on the service desk phone queue. Service Analysts are expected to provide full support for the end user computing experience, network, servers, printers, and vendor specific hardware/software.
Duties/Responsibilities:
IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's desktop apps (Outlook, Word, Teams, etc)
Workstation data migration (user profile, data, apps and printers)
Support Microsoft 365 on mobile devices.
General onsite support for network (WAN and LAN connections, internet access, PoE injectors, Web Consoles, cable patching).
Remote access solutions implementation and support: Client VPN, Remote Desktop Services.
Systems and network documentation.
File Restoration from disaster recovery solutions.
Participation in the weekly on-call rotation (typically 8 months after start date).
Qualifications:
Required:
Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Criminal Record Check
Obtain MS-900 certification within 6 months of start date.
Preferred:
CompTIA: A+, Network+ | Microsoft: MS900, MCP, MCSA, MCSE | Cisco: CCNA, CMSS | 3CX: Basic, Advanced
