Avana is hiring a Maintenance Manager for our Regina portfolio. The successful applicant will be a professional, self-reliant, trustworthy, and efficient individual who has endurance, the ability to follow instructions, a commitment to safety, is responsible for our on-site manual labour tasks and supports the operations of Avanas property portfolio. You will be responsible for a variety of maintenance work on our properties, from interior repairs and upkeep to exterior site maintenance and minor landscaping needs, where needed.  

The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident status or Canadian Citizenship) and must have a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
