POSITION OVERVIEW: We are looking for experienced Concrete Finishers, Cribbers, and Form Setters to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all aspects of concrete and related work: forming, placing, and finishing concrete.
Conduct earth and grade work, install vapor barriers, and reinforce structures. Work with ICF.
Apply concrete placing and finishing techniques using hand and power tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete placing and finishing (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of carpentry experience (preferred).
Proficiency in measuring, leveling, and using finishing hand tools (screeds, floats, trowels).
Experience with power screeds and power trowels (preferred).
Knowledge of reinforcing and concrete work processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Own personal tools and PPE
Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
Willingness to work long hours outside in all seasons.
Availability for travel and extended days at remote locations (LOA provided).
