Position Overview:
This is a senior role that requires a leader that is strategic, collaborative, can build strong relationships and is recognized as a sales leader.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of successful strategies to enhance our offering to existing and new clients in managing risk using both Life and Group Insurance solutions
This role will report to a member of the senior management team
Your strategic vision using lead generation programs and collaborating with other senior leaders will be vital in achieving long term sustainable growth
Your guidance and leadership will be vital in fostering the expansion and success of the Life and Group Benefits department.
