To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Administrator to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Shaunavon, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for the initial customer support for the branch including phone calls, greeting, and directing customers, full range of clerical support duties, and help create positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers.

Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
-Answering and forwarding telephone calls professionally and in a timely manner
-Performing clerical duties - typing, faxing, mail and filing
-Filing and general office duties
-Handling cash, and bank deposits
-Order and maintain office supplies
-Maintaining customer lounge areas
-Processing documents for Sales Department including lien searches, buyouts, funding, leases, and cash deals
-Assist other departments as required

Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you:
-Administrative expertise and knowledge of office procedures
-Knowledge of cash handling, and general accounting processes
-Have exceptional customer service skills
-Are a self-starter with the ability to organize workload in an orderly manner
-Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
-Have strong organizational skills
-Have excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Have a minimum Grade 12 education
